5 months and some!

Well, here we are can't believe that summer is over. Fall is here. MaKenna has been really fun . She gets to be really silly sometimes! We have another milestone shall we say..... SHE HAS 2 TEETH!! her bottom teeth are finally threw! She looks so darn cute with them. Amazing how painful the little suckers can be. She screamed very badly and was up all night long. She was not happy! Needless to say we have kept the tylenol flowing over the weekend. By Monday she was back to her norm. Also, on Monday night we were all sitting in the living room and decided to put MaKenna on her tummy right in front of Macy. She has a serious love for our dogs, especially Macy. when we put her in front she would laugh at her, and then all of a sudden SHE ROLLED OVER!! I hollered I was so excited that Darren and I got to see it! It won't be long and she will be crawling.. Ok sorry that may be pushing it. I WISHED I COULD STOP HER FROM GROWING!! it is going way to fast for me!

Another thing is she is on to better foods these days... we have pretty much skipped the feed her for two weeks with one kind of food....That got old for her! So we are on to carrots, green beans, bananas, pears, and peaches! She loves them all. to be honest I think we burned her out of the Sweet potatoes and squash! NO more for her! She is getting better at her cereal in the mornings. And at noon. Daycare gives her cereal at around noon. I have been giving her other foods to mix with it. For awhile there she was not liking it. She would just scream. To be honest I really think that it was that we weren't getting it in to her mouth fast enough! Can't help it the girl loves to eat!

Darren is still out gone on the road during the week. He is hoping to be home for the next 2 weeks. And then heads south to Kansas City. Which then means.... he will work 8 days on and have 6 days off. This will be tough but we have been known to get through these before! MaKenna now I think is figuring this all out. When Darren gets home she is just nuts over him. it is so cute.

What else is new? hmmm, Nephew Jaden is still doing very well from his surgery. We are so thankful. He turns 14 tomorrow! YIKES! I am getting old!

Here is her new tubby! She loves it. It is a duck that quacks! She can sit in there all by herself!
