Update!!!!

Believe it or not I am updating our blog! YEA! You ask why the hell haven't I updated after 39 weeks???? Well, I think I just became consumed with the ending of my pregnancy and then when Miss MaKenna arrived she consumed me even more!! I figured I lwould have all this time on my maternity leave to update.. yea right! She kept me busy. I figure now that I have the laptop She can sit next to me and I can update away! So I am going to try my hardest to update regularly! (We will see about that!) Well, Miss MaKenna is now sleeping next to me. Snoring away. She has been really crabby at night lately. It has started since Saturday. And she screams and screams and screams herself to sleep! So again tonight she has cried herself to sleep on mommies tummy! I asked Daycare today how she was and she says she was fine.. not fussy! I think MaKenna has us figured out! Little stinker!

We poured the start of 5 pours of our drive way this weekend. Looks fabulous. My brother in law Dave finished it. Looks really nice. And Darren really likes it which that is what really matters.. I could really care less. Sounds like they are going to pour the second on Saturday morning again... And then we should be out of money until next month:)

Darren and dad got it all ready to pour Sunday. It was so dang hot out that MaKenna and I hung out in our suits! I just needed the tan and MaKenna liked how cool she stayed.. Well, kind of she still got kind of warm but... did good for the most part! She liked to sit in her swing and watch Daddy and Grandpa work! She loves to watch the Grandpa and the skidster!

Tomorrow is my birthday, whoopee!! I don't want to turn thirty!! and I will be another year closer tomorrow!! NOT FUN! So MaKenna and I are going to my Grandmas for supper and then coming home to just hang out. I am usually pretty tired after work each day. She keeps me busy so when i say that we are just going to hang out.. means we have work to do at home! Won't be as great as a birthday since Darren won't be home. Starting on Thursday Darren will be closer to home by 2 hours! That is huge to me! more time at home with us. Something I just love! Gives me a little sanity! Well, it is getting late.. time for me to get some shut eye!
